Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while accounting for the digital nature of our products and the customized nature of our services. Please review the following terms before making a purchase.

3.1 Digital Products (Templates, Layout Bundles)

All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, delivered, or accessed. This is because digital products are immediately available to you upon purchase, and we cannot retrieve or revoke access to the product after delivery. We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure they meet your needs.

3.2 Services (Maintenance, Custom Design, Project Quotes)

a. Maintenance Services: Refunds for monthly maintenance services will only be granted if we fail to provide the agreed-upon services (e.g., no updates, no support responses) for more than 7 consecutive days. Partial refunds may be considered for partial service failure.
b. Custom Design & Project Services: Refunds for custom projects will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we fail to deliver the scope of work agreed upon (after mutual confirmation), a full or partial refund may be issued. No refunds will be granted if the project is in progress or if you cancel the project after work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us via the Contact Us page, providing your order details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation. We will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of our decision. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
